25 participants from five Dzongkhags (Gasa, Punakha, Wangdue, Tsirang and Dagana) and RBP from Punakha attended the two-week programme of basic vegetable culinary training. The training was conducted by the experienced national chefs and professionally trained chef from the Chitkara University graduates. The participants were taught more than sixty verities of vegetable culinary items - 29th of April to 13 May, 2021.
