The Annual General Meeting shall be forum comprising of board, donors and members to discuss on the issues pertaining to association’s affairs, review and endorse of annual accounts; elect new board members if necessary and discuss other important issues submitted by donor and members for the improvement and benefit of the association.

The Annual General Meeting shall be held once in every year which shall be chaired by the Chairman / Dy. Chair. The members may submit points required to discuss in Annual General Meeting to the Executive Director in writing well in advance.

The ED shall serve notice to all the members regarding Annual General Meeting at least one month in advance with date, time and venue. The quorum for AGM is one-third of the total members including registered members and legitimate donors. The 1st Annual General Meeting was held on 26th October 2019 where more than 180 members from 20 Dzongkhags have attended the meeting.
